practice, and public assistance status.

the workplace, when recruiting and retaining employees.

benchmarking and creating best practices that can yield
greater productivity and competitive advantages.

Established in 1951 under the City Charter,
PCHR is the City agency that enforces civil rights laws and deals with all
matters of inter-group conflict within the city.
